ABOUT SEKIN CX

What is Sekin CX?

Sekin CX is complete fully automated and seamless data processing, data analytic and blockchain based rewarding platform, with dynamic dashboard that responds to data collected via surveys. Hence, Sekin CX is a method, process and systems that analyze the data received by survey taking by end users. It facilitates the data from survey creation, to survey taking, data collection, data processing, and data analytics to dynamic real time dashboards, and automated rewarding system by SEK ERC20 tokens based on tasks completion.

How does Sekin CX work?

Once you register and log in, you will be provided with a workstation to create a new project. You typically start with creating a new survey, and all the tools to create a new survey will be available at your finger tips. Once you complete the survey design, you will have an option to Save and Publish later, or Publish instantly. If you chose to save and Publish later, you can review your survey at a later stage and amend the survey contents at a later time. Once you chose to finalize and publish, then you can no longer be able to amend the survey content. After publishing, you will be provided with a share link, which you can copy it and paste on various other medium as you wish to campaign your survey. Hence, campaigning your survey is a key for successful inflow of data. If data doesn't flow it means that your campaigning strategy is not effective, and you will need to re-campaign until you get right flow of data.

How do you determine data quality?

On your workspace, there are three KPIs, (1) Number of survey viewers, (2) Number of actual survey takers, (3) Completion rate. Completion rate is number of actual survey takers over survey viewers. The higher the completion rate and the higher the survey takers, will determine the higher data quality as it will signify the statistical significance to qualify that the data is sufficient on the back of dashboard statistics.

How does real time data analytics work?

When you post any campaign over social media, conduct an interview on television broadcasting, advertisement on magazine, or publishing a news article, you can provide the Sekin CX share link code either in the form text codes or QR Scan code for the viewers, readers, respondents or participants to engage with you through the survey link. Once, someone presses the link or scans the QR scan code, it will prompt the user to register on SekinCX for a quick registration to verify that its a natural person, and the survey will pop up.

What is SEK blockchain based reward system?

SEK Crypto token allows a seamless and sustainable connection between the Enterprise and the Consumers "The end users" on Sekin CX platform. When end users register on Sekin CX, they are provided with workstation and a blockchain wallet. For every one survey, reward token of 10 SEKI is allocated in the user's wallet which corresponds to 0.6 SEK ERC20. The user will have to continue participating in the community till total number of SEKI reaches to 1,000 SEKI which corresponds to 60 SEK which then the user can redeem SEK to trade on Spot markets.
